3. Engagement process

3. Engagement process

  1. You contact us through the Website or email.

  2. We discuss your requirements during a free 30-minute discovery call/e-mail/messenger. Within 1-3 business days, we send a written proposal including scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed quote. No obligation exists until the proposal is accepted in writing

  3. You receive a proposal and an invoice.

  4. Once payment is received (or the first milestone is paid), we start work. Work begins within 3 business days after the initial payment is received. Delays in payment shift the project start date accordingly, with no liability on our side

  5. After final approval, the Deliverables are handed over. After project completion, you have 7 business days to review and request final adjustments. If no feedback is received within this period, the Deliverables are considered approved. Upon approval, we transfer ownership of the Notion workspace, provide documentation, and conduct a handoff call.
